Salary Grid 2018-2019

EIA values the recruitment and retention of all staff and understands the importance of maintaining a competitive status among Edmonton's educational industry. In the last two of years, the board introduced two large salary increases. The longer-term vision of the Board of Trustees is to meet or exceed the Salary Grid of other local districts.

Pension Plan

Provider: Sun Life Financial

In a DCCP, an amount of money, based on your earning, is credited to an account in your name. It is a contribution made by both you and EIA.

Full-time and part-time employees are eligible to join the plan upon successful completion of 1 year of continuous employment with EIA.

Member contribution level is in consistent with number of years served at EIA.
